    I. About TUFE

Tianjin, one of China’s four municipalities directly under the Central Government, is located adjacent to Beijing, just a 30-minute journey by high-speed rail. As the largest port city in northern China, Tianjin is also a city of great historical and cultural significance, an advanced manufacturing R&D base, and a financial innovation operation demonstration zone.

Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (TUFE), established in 1958, covers an area of nearly 1,400 mu (about 93 hectares) and enrolls over 16,000 full-time students. It offers a multidisciplinary range of programs including literature, law, science, engineering, and art, with economics and management as its core. TUFE serves as a municipal key university in Tianjin and an important base for cultivating senior economic and management talents in north China. The university has three first-level doctoral programs and postdoctoral research stations in applied economics, business administration, and management science and engineering, nine first-level master programs, and 15 professional master programs. TUFE has developed a complete education system for cultivating bachelors, masters, and doctors. TUFE  has been enrolling international students since 1996.
