I. Introduction
Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (TUFE) is one of thefive earliest universities offering Finance, Economics and Business educationin China, tracing its history back to its foundation in 1958. The universityapproved by the Ministry of Education is one of the earliest universitiesestablished master programs of international trade, business management,finance, accounting, statistics and doctoral programs of accounting,statistics. TUFE owns 3 first-level PhD authorization centers and post-doctoralmobile stations, covering 20 PhD. majors and 7 first-level master degreeauthorization centers covering 44 second-level master majors, 12 master degreeprograms, 57 undergraduate majors(including directions).The university hadformed a personnel training sequence includes graduate students,undergraduates, vocational education students, as well as variety levels andforms of adult education, foreign student education, and training ofqualifications, is the first to determine the national Ministry of Educationone of vocational education teacher training base. It is one of the firstvocational education teacher training base established by the Ministry ofEducation.
Currently,there are more than 15,000 students on campus, including more than 1000international students. So far, many international students have been workingin the key positions in many embassies, large corporations, airlines and otherorganizations after graduation. Meanwhile many graduates had already startedtheir own businesses successfully.
TUFE was authorized the host institution for Chinese Government Scholarship Program which covers Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Doctor Degree.
